From Classroom to Career: Inovasys Simulates Real Hiring Experience at MSA University

As part of this collaboration, Inovasys was pleased to participate in the recent Career Advice Event, where we connected with ambitious students and graduates, exchanging practical insights on today’s evolving job market and the skills required to succeed in it.

Going beyond traditional career guidance, Inovasys conducted a series of simulated job interviews tailored specifically for MSA graduates. These sessions were designed to mirror real-world hiring processes, giving participants a firsthand experience of professional interviews within a structured and realistic environment.

At the end of each simulation, participants received personalized feedback and a clear evaluation outcome indicating whether they would have successfully secured the role. For those who did not meet the hiring criteria, our experts provided detailed, constructive guidance highlighting key areas for improvement, whether in communication skills, technical readiness, confidence, or overall interview performance.

This hands-on approach enabled graduates to better understand employer expectations, identify their strengths, and work on closing critical skill gaps before entering the job market.
