Inovasys delivered a workshop titled “Uses of the Free Copilot Tool for King Faisal University Employees,” by Eng. Ahmed Shawkat, focusing on transforming complex artificial intelligence capabilities into simple, practical tools that enhance everyday productivity.

The workshop provided a clear and simplified introduction to the Copilot tool, explaining how employees can effectively integrate it into their daily workflows. Through practical, real-world examples, the session demonstrated Copilot use cases across PDF documents, email communications, and Excel files. These examples highlighted how well-structured prompts can significantly reduce manual effort, accelerate task completion, and improve the overall quality and consistency of outputs.

Beyond tool usage, the workshop addressed broader topics related to artificial intelligence and its growing role in modern workplaces.
