We seek a highly experienced Sales Manager with over 7 years of experience to lead our sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration and be fluent in Arabic and English. The candidate should also be a citizen of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, or Syria. As a Sales Manager, you will drive the company’s sales strategy, develop and implement sales plans, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
- Leading the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to maximize their performance.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent approach to sales and customer service.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- At least 7 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Citizen of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, or Syria.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
